Iowa Section Emergency Coordinators

The Iowa Section Emergency Coordinator (SEC) coordinates at the state level, including at the State Emergency Operations Center, with other Sections, and partners such as NWS, ARC, and supports Iowa ECs and DECs.

Iowa is divided into six districts and each has a District Emergency Coordinator (DEC) and Assistants (ADEC).
Each county in Iowa has an ARES Emergency Coordinator (EC) and Assistant Emergency Coordinators (AEC)
